These terms govern your use of YelloCap (the "Service"), the caption editor available at yellocap.com, operated by VSCE Corp ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
YelloCap is a browser-based tool that adds animated captions and sound effects to videos. All video processing happens on your device, in your browser. We do not receive, store, or host your videos.
A membership grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the Service, including watermark-free export, for the paid period. One membership is for one person. Don't share, resell, or publish your license key. We may revoke keys that are abused, shared widely, or obtained fraudulently.
Your videos and captions are yours. Because they never leave your device, we claim no rights over them and take no responsibility for them. You are responsible for having the rights to any video, text, or audio you use, and for what you publish.
The sound-effects library ships only sounds that are CC0/public-domain or owned by us, so you can use them in your videos, including commercially, without attribution. Fonts are open-source (SIL OFL / Apache) and load from Google Fonts.
Don't attempt to disrupt the Service, abuse the license-validation API, or use the Service to produce unlawful content. That's it — there are no servers to hack and no other users' data to reach.
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Browser support for video export varies by device and is outside our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update the Service and these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
